Izu

Maru
Medium size, orange-red, round fruit. Beautiful glossy skin. If cross-pollinated, flesh is dark cinnamon color and seeded. Very sweet, rich flavor, excellent quality. 200 hours. Self-fruitful.
Nishimura
Large, almost round fruit with sweet, juicy, non-astringent, chocolate-colored flesh. Ripens very early, about one month before Fuyu. 100 hours. Another persimmon variety required to pollinate.
Tamopan
Large, flat-shaped fruit with thick, reddish-orange skin and light orange flesh. Flesh is astringent until soft-ripe. Vigorous, heavy-bearing tree. 200 hours. Self-fruitful.
