Bedtime Sapote Drink For Sleep

- about 6 oz of cold or warm milk (your choice!)
- Orange Juice

- Some may consider adding something a little stronger as a kicker
In the blender, mix fruit and liquid to desired texture.
Drink one hour before bedtime as a sleep aid.
