With a maturity window in mid-to-late May and an excellent mild, sweet flavor, Spring Flavor offers the best eating quality for the early fruit market (12 ºBrix). Spring Flavor has red-to-maroon skin and yellow flesh. Its average weight is 119.3. A pollenizer such as Flavorosa or Earliqueen is required. Estimated chilling requirement 450-500 hours.
