Conadria Fig Light greenish yellow skin, pink flesh. Not as sweet as Kadota, but resists spoilage. Fresh/dried. Very vigorous, long-lived tree. Heavy crops coast or inland. 100 hours. Self-fruitful. USDA Zones 7-9.
Improved Brown Turkey Fig Large, brown skin, pink flesh. Sweet, rich flavor, used fresh. Widely adapted - coast or inland climate. Small tree, prune to any shape. 100 hours. Self-fruitful. USDA Zones 7-9.
A.C. Sweet Pomegranate Developed by Arthur C. Combe of Beaver Dam, Arizona. Exterior color is red to bright pink, arils are pink to light red. Flavor is sweet and refreshing, seeds are soft and edible. Ripe fruit can hang for weeks without splitting. Very hardy plant will take temperatures to below zero. One of Utah's favored varieties. Required chill hours 100-200. Self-fruitful, best in Zones 6-10.
Ambrosia Pomegranate Medium to large, pale pink skin, purple sweet-tart juice, similar to Wonderful. Long-lived, inland or coastal climate. 150 hours. Self-fruitful.
Ariana Pomegranate From the collection of Dr. Gregory Levin. Garygella Reasearch Station, Turkmenistan. Fruit size is large. Color is a bold, bright red. Seeds are soft, small and almost nondetectable. Flavor is rated as very good, sweet and punchy. Rated as one of the best tasting varieties in the U.C. Davis, Wolfskill collection. Ripens October through November. 100 hour chill rating. Self-fruitful.
Grenada Pomegranate A darker, less tart bud sport of Wonderful. Can be grown as a bush or in tree form. Harvest 30 days before Wonderful. Long-lived, any soil. 150 hours. Self-fruitful. (Pat. No. 2618)
Kashmir Blend Pomegranate Medium-sized pomegranate with light pink-red exterior. Ruby red seeds have intense flavor with no overbearing acidic taste. Plant has a slightly spreading growth habit and can also be grown as a tree. Keep at any height with summer pruning. Excellent source of antioxidants - eat fresh or use in cooking. Pink Satin Pomegranate Medium to large size, medium pink to dark red fruit with medium to large, light-pink edible seeds. Wonderful refreshing light colored juice is non-staining, with a sweet, fruit punch flavor. Plant is vigorous and can be grown as a shrub or tree. Keep at any height by summer pruning. Hardy Male Kiwi Actinidia arguta, non-fruiting pollenizer for hardy female kiwi such as Ken's Red. Selected for its profuse bloom character. One male vine can pollinate up to eight female vines. Best in zones 5-10.
Ken's Red Female Kiwi Actinidia arguta, hardy female kiwi vine producing bright red fruit with a sweet, mild flavor. Ripens in June, July. One of the largest hardy kiwifruit. Requires cross pollination with a hardy male arguta type kiwi. Best in zones 5-10.
