Unusual pink fleshed, highly aromatic fruit. Medium-sized, cream and pale green skin, sometimes blushed red. Tart to sweet-tart, depending on time of picking. Good keeper. Makes colorful, tasty applesauce. Early, profuse, pink blossoms in spring.
