September Snow is a low-acid freestone peach with white flesh that ripens from the last week of August into early September. This unusually late peach variety demonstrates good shipping qualities, but may be subject to some pre-harvest-drop. The fruit is very large size (2-7/8" to 3-1/2") with high skin color (75% to 80% red blush over white). Estimated chilling requirement 900 to 1000 hours.
