The Snow Fire white peach offers excellent firmness in a sweet, low acid freestone. In the fruit evaluations at Dave Wilson Nursery, Snow Fire has been observed to hold firm on the tree over two weeks from the first day of maturity. The fruit ripens beginning in the 1st week of August with very large size (2-7/8" to 3-1/2") and high skin color (90%-95% deep red-over-white). Estimated chilling requirement 700 to 800 hours.
