The clingstone Fiesta Gem peach features an orange-red skin, yellow-flesh and a balanced flavor. The tree is a heavy producer of large, firm fruit (2-5/8" to 3") with high color (80% to 85% orange-red over yellow). Fiesta Gem is harvested in the 2nd week of June.
