Flavor Heart is aptly named, having dark ruby to jet-black skin color and a very pronounced heart-like shape. This is a very large Pluot® with delicious yellow flesh. Harvesting in mid-August, the fruit ripens quickly and has a short shelf life. Flavor Heart requires a pollenizer such as Amigo 2, Black Kat, Flavorfall or Hiromi Red.
