Multi-Bud Fruit Salad, Cold Hardy, Polly-Hrkn-Hrko-Hrct-Supr Polly White Peach, Harken Peach, Harko Nectarine, Harcot Apricot and Superior Plum budded onto Citation rootstock. Finished trees include 5n1's plus assorted 4n1's and 3n1's.
Honey Jar Jujube Extremely sweet, juicy, small to medium sized fruit. Ripens early season. Compact tree-form. Party self-fruitful. 200 hours USDA Zones 5-9.
Li Jujube Round shaped fruits are larger than Lang. Reddish brown, dry and wrinkled, sweet and chewy (like dates) when fully ripe in early Fall. Attractive, easy to grow tree: hardy, drought resistant, virtually pest and disease free. Requires long, hot summer. Very low chilling requirement. Self-fruitful. USDA Zones 5-10.
Black Beauty Mulberry (Morus nigra sp.) Large, shiny fruit similar to Persian, known for its flavor. Can be grown as a tree or large shrub. Ripens early summer. Attractive to birds. Self-fruitful. 200 hours or less. USDA Zones 7-10.
Pakistan Fruiting Mulberry Morus alba 'Pakistan' Long (3 inches), firm, red to black, sweet fruit. Non-staining juice. Month-long early summer harvest. Fruit used fresh and for pies, jams and jellies. Large, vigorous, disease-resistant tree.
Donut (Stark Saturn) White Peach Unique white-fleshed fruit with a sunken center (shaped like a doughnut). Sweet, with a mild flavor described by some as almond-like. Ripens late June/early July in Central CA. Estimated chilling requirement 200-300 hours. Self-fruitful.
Galaxy White Peach Saucer style white-fleshed peach, similar to Stark Saturn but larger, 6 oz fruit. Cream skin, blushed red. Sweet, flavorful flesh. Developed by USDA research station in San Joaquin Valley, CA. Ripens late June. Self-fruitful. 450 hours. USDA Zones 5-10.
Multi-Bud Peach Cold Hardy, GlEaElb-Frost-Redh-Vet-Cresth Gleason Early Elberta, Frost™, Redhaven, Veteran and Cresthaven budded onto Citation rootstock. Finished trees include 5n1's plus assorted 4n1's and 3n1's.
Coffeecake Persimmon Unique spicy sweet flavor that instantly evokes images of cinnamon pastry, hot coffee and morning sunshine. Coffeecake ripens about the same time as Chocolate and about three weeks to one month earlier than Fuyu. Coffeecake Persimmon is non-astringent and can be eaten while still firm. Hardy, attractive tree, practically free of pests and disease. Estimated chilling requirement: 200 hours or less. Another persimmon variety required as a pollenizer. Gosho or Chocolate are the best pollenizers for Coffeecake.
Fuyu (Jiro) Persimmon Medium size, flat shape, still crunchy when ripe, non-astringent. Cool or hot climate. Hardy, attractive tree, practically pest free. Fall harvest. 200 hours. Self-fruitful.
Sugar Twist Pluerry™ Interspecific Plum Newest in the Zaiger Pluerry™ line of high-flavor interspecific plums (plum + cherry), Sugar Twist is unique in that it harvests a month earlier than Sweet Treat. This hybrid has red skin and yellow flesh with an especially enjoyable flavor: cherry sweet with a plum "twist".
