Sauzee Queen is a peento (saucer-shaped, “flat”) freestone peach with white flesh that matures in mid-May. Like all our Zee Sweet peaches, Sauzee Queen offers a desirable, low-acid flavor. The fruit is medium-sized (2 5/8" to 2 3/4") with a nice skin color (50% red blush). Estimated chilling requirement 500 to 600 hours. (U.S. Plant Patent No. 16179 )
