A highly successful 2012 Pluot® introduction, Festival Red is a large, firm, flavorful, red-fleshed clingstone with attractive dark red skin, harvesting mid June. Firm-ripe fruit has a good acid-sugar balance, averaging 15 ºBrix. In trials, Festival Red has stored well for three weeks. Semi-spreading growth habit, regular bearing.
